Mr. Schacht graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a Minor in English. Mr. Schacht then attended Nova University and completed an MBA program in Business Administration.

For the past eight years Mr. Schacht has been involved in the third party administration of healthcare program as Director of Sales for Humana. As Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Outsource Services for USA Benefits Group, Mr. Schacht maintained and increased a multimillion dollar block of healthcare premium from $10 million to $18 million.

Mr. Schacht is an active board member with the Leukemia and Multiple Sclerosis societies. Jordan also voluntarily coaches a junior ice hockey team.
